Galangal can also help restore a sense of discomfort due to inflammation in the stomach and ulcers. To relieve seasickness or the road trip, you can also chew a few slices of galangal. To expedite the flow of blood, add the galangal into everyday dishes. When you have diarrhea, chewing also several slices of galangal to ease it.
