Cinnamon Bark essential oil is steam distilled from the bark of the cinnamon tree. It is germicidal, antiseptic, and anti—fungal. Add a bit of cinnamon leaf, orange and clove to a diffuser or potpourri to purify the air and add a touch of warmth to your home.
Anyone who has who?s tasted cinnamon knows how strong and spicy the taste is, which is why it is no surprise that it is a STRONG skin irritant! Not recommended for direct application to the skin. Avoid cinnamon bark oil as it is considered to be hazardous. Best used in a diffuser or inhaled through the practice of aromatherapy.
Because if it?s warming properties it is the perfect stimulant for the circulatory system. Relieves menstrual cramps as well. Good for weakness because it invigorates and gives you better circulation.
